I believe that thorough explanations and examples are required to build the basis of any subject whether it is Math, Physics or Biology. I commence my sessions with the same approach and aim at providing students with a detailed explanation of what they have learned in their classrooms. I try to understand the individual learning needs for a student first and then plan the sessions for them. I use tools such as appreciation and positive feedback to motivate students to do better.
